11-Day Zimbabwe & Botswana Wildlife Adventure

Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport, I will be there to personally welcome you to Zimbabwe. From the airport, we’ll make our way together to the Cresta Sprayview Hotel, our comfortable and beautifully located home for the beginning of your African adventure.

Just 1.4 kilometres from the entrance to Victoria Falls Rainforest, Cresta Sprayview is perfectly positioned for exploring one of the world's great natural wonders. When Victoria Falls is in full flood, the enormous spray from the Falls can even be seen rising above the landscape from the hotel — a spectacular reminder that one of Africa's most incredible experiences is right on our doorstep.

Your Stay at Cresta Sprayview

Set across eight acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, Cresta Sprayview provides a peaceful oasis away from the excitement of Victoria Falls. The gardens are lush, green and spacious, creating a wonderful setting to relax, take photographs and soak up the atmosphere of Zimbabwe. The hotel grounds can also attract occasional small wildlife, giving you your first little taste of the African wilderness even before we head out on safari.

After checking in, you'll settle into your newly renovated Standard Double or Standard Twin Room, depending on your booking preference. The comfortable rooms have been refreshed to provide a modern and relaxing environment, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and other amenities to make your stay comfortable after your international journey.

Outside, the hotel's large swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool off and relax. Surrounded by the gardens and located beside the Terrace Restaurant, it's an inviting spot to enjoy some downtime during your stay.

When it's time to eat, the Terrace Restaurant offers alfresco dining beside the pool, along with a breakfast buffet and à la carte options. There are also two bars at the hotel — the Rain Forest Bar and the Railway Cocktail Bar — providing relaxed spaces to enjoy a drink and soak up the atmosphere after a day exploring Victoria Falls.

Cresta Sprayview also makes exploring Victoria Falls easy, with assistance available for arranging the many activities and experiences available around the town. From scenic flights and sunset cruises to adventure activities, game drives and cultural experiences, there is an incredible range of ways to experience this part of Africa.

Our First African Evening – Zambezi River Dinner Cruise 🌅

After some time to settle in, we'll come together in the evening for our first group experience — a dinner cruise on the mighty Zambezi River.

This experience is included in your tour at no additional cost.

This is the perfect opportunity to slow down after your journey, enjoy a drink and share stories with the group.

As we cruise along the Zambezi, keep your eyes on the riverbanks. Depending on the conditions and time of year, we may have the opportunity to see hippos, crocodiles, elephants and a variety of African birdlife along the river.

And then, as the sun begins to sink over the Zambezi and the African sky starts to glow, we'll sit back, raise a glass and enjoy our first African sunset together.

It's a pretty special way to begin the adventure — and this is only Day 1.
